Coaching is a process in which a trained coach helps individuals to identify their goals, overcome obstacles, and make positive, sustainable changes in their lives to reach their health and wellness goals.


In a coaching session, you can expect to discuss your goals, challenges, and strategies for overcoming obstacles. Your coach will provide guidance, support, and accountability to help you achieve your personal goals.


The length of a coaching program depends on the individual and their goals. Some programs may last a few months, while others may last a year or more. Our flagship coaching program is 6 months, which allows clients enough time to define goals, figure out what changes resonate with them, while also encounter challenges which provide an opportunity to learn how to navigate life's challenges effectively. 


My philosophy is based on the belief that every individual has the power to achieve their goals and create the life they desire. Our bodies are constantly communicating with us, and my goal is to help clients get in touch with their inner wisdom. I work with people to identify their strengths and values and help them create a plan of action to achieve and sustain their desired outcomes.
